The auspicious Mahashivaratri Brahmotsavas began this morning at the Srikalahasti temple, located in the Tirupati district of AP. The Brahmotsavas commenced with the Dwajaroahanam of Bhakta Kannappa, the first devotee of Lord Shiva. Special arrangements have been made at the temple for the smooth conduct of the festivities.
