Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Manipur tomorrow, Sept 13, his first trip since last year’s ethnic clashes killed over 250 people and displaced around 50,000. He will dedicate Rs 8,500 crore in development projects and lay their foundation stones. The visit follows the SoO pact with Kuki groups and reopening of NH-2, vital for Northeast connectivity.
