EPFO Retains 8.25% PF Interest Rate For FY 2024-25

EPFO retained the 8.25% interest rate on EPF deposits for 2024-25, pending Finance Ministry approval. The rate was raised to 8.25% in 2023-24 from 8.15% in 2022-23. The lowest in decades was 8.1% in 2021-22. Over seven crore subscribers will receive the credited interest once government ratification is complete, continuing the fund’s stable returns.
