A new intelligence memo claims Mojtaba Khamenei is unconscious and unable to perform duties as Iran’s Supreme Leader while undergoing medical treatment. Citing US and Israeli intelligence, it says he is being treated for a severe condition in Qom and has not appeared publicly since taking over after his father’s reported assassination during the war.
