Navi Mumbai Airport Opens With Air India Express Flight

Air India Express launched services from Navi Mumbai International Airport on Christmas Day, with direct flights to Bengaluru and Delhi. The first flight to Bengaluru marked the airline’s NMIA debut, followed by Delhi. NMIA, India’s newest Greenfield airport, will operate 12 hours daily, handling 23 scheduled departures, boosting Mumbai’s dual-airport capacity.
