China Extends Condolences To Ex-PM Manmohan Singh

China’s foreign ministry on Friday expressed heartfelt condolences over the passing of former Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, acknowledging his positive contributions to India-China relations. Singh, who served as India’s prime minister from 2004 to 2014, passed away on Thursday at the age of 92.
