Devotees thronged Shiva temples across the Telugu states on the auspicious occasion of Karthika Pournami. Large crowds were seen at the Pancharamas, Srisailam, Kotappakonda, Yaganti, Yadadri, Vemulawada, and Keesara temples since early morning. Special arrangements were made by authorities to manage the heavy influx of devotees performing special rituals.
