Delhi High Court refused to stay the release of web series “UP 77”, said to be inspired by slain gangster Vikas Dubey. Hearing a plea by his wife Richa, the court declined intervention, noting producers’ claim it is fictional. The series releases Thursday on Waves OTT. The matter will be heard on January 7, 2026.
