Central Railway has announced 1,126 special trains to handle festive rush during Diwali and Chhath Puja 2025. This includes 182 newly added trains, supplementing 944 previously announced services. Introduced on busy routes, the move aims to ease passenger travel during the festive season, according to a joint press release from Central and Southern Railway.
