SC To Hear AAP Leaders’ Defamation Plea Today

The Supreme Court is set to hear today a plea filed by AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal and former Delhi CM Atishi seeking quashing of summons issued against them in a defamation case over their remarks on the alleged deletion of voters’ names from electoral rolls. As per the causelist, the matter is listed before Justices MM Sundresh and NK Singh.
