T Krishna Restricted From Identifying As Recipient Of MS Subbulakshmi Award

Supreme Court restricted Carnatic singer TM Krishna from identifying himself as a recipient of an award named after legendary vocalist MS Subbulakshmi. This came a day after Krishna was awarded Sangita Kalanidhi MS Subbulakshmi award. A bench comprising Justice Hrishikesh Roy and Justice SVN Bhatti passed the interim order in a plea filed by V Srinivasan, Subbulakshmi’s grandson.
