Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin chaired the second Governing Council on Climate Change. He reaffirmed the state’s commitment to achieving net zero emissions by 2070. He described climate change as the “biggest challenge society is going to face”. “Our government is consistently raising awareness about this issue and devising plans to tackle it.
