Dehradun Police have formed a Special Investigation Team to probe the murder of 24-year-old MBA student Anjel Chakma. Five accused have been arrested, while one suspect is absconding. CCTV footage has been collected and a ₹1 lakh reward announced for information. Chakma was attacked on December 9 and later died.
