Kerala High Court Criticizes Blocking Roads For Public Meetings

Kerala High Court on Thursday stated that neither the ruling government nor the opposition can hold public meetings that block people’s access to roads and footpaths. This came after a bench of Justices Anil K Narendran and Muralee Krishna S reviewed the CPI(M)’s Palayam area conference in Thiruvananthapuram, deeming it a “breach of trust” by the government.
