Severe heatwave conditions have gripped Andhra Pradesh as temperatures surged beyond 45°C in several districts. Kadapa recorded the highest at 45.5°C, while Nellore, Markapuram, Kakinada, and Palnadu crossed 43°C. The Regional Meteorological Centre also reported similar highs in Kurnool, Nandyal, Tirupati, and Sri Sathya Sai districts.
