Supreme Court To Hear TG Panchayat Reservation Plea Tomorrow

The Panchayat reservation issue in Telangana’s local body elections has reached the Supreme Court. Vanga Gopal Reddy filed a petition challenging GO 9, which grants 42 percent reservation to BCs, seeking its cancellation. The Supreme Court accepted the petition for hearing but adjourned the proceedings until tomorrow.
