India Boosts Armour Mobility With New DRDO Trawl Deal

The MoD has signed Rs 975 crore contracts for DRDO-developed TRAWL assemblies for T-72 and T-90 tanks to enhance minefield breaching against anti-tank mines. Orders were awarded to BEML and Electro Pneumatics under the Buy Indian category, boosting self-reliance and MSME participation. BEML got a Rs 590 crore order for supply to the Indian Army.
