The Madras High Court has refused to impose a ban on movie reviews. Recently, the film Kanguva was released and faced heavy criticism. In response, a petition was filed to ban reviews of the movie for three days after its release. However, the High Court clarified that no orders could be issued, emphasizing that criticism falls under the right to freedom of expression.
