The long-standing stalemate between DMK and Congress over TN Assembly seat sharing has been resolved after senior Congress leader P. Chidambaram met CM Stalin. Earlier disputes over seat numbers and Rajya Sabha representation caused tensions, but talks concluded successfully. A formal announcement of the alliance and seat allocation is expected soon.
