Bombay High Court Asks For Chargesheets In Chatrapati Shivaji Statue Collapse Case

Bombay High Court directed the Maharashtra Police to produce the chargesheets it has filed in the Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s 28-feet statue collapse case. The bench of Justice Anil Kilor was hearing bail petitions of engineer Chetan Patil and sculptor Jaydeep Apte. They claimed that the statue that was inaugurated by PM Modi, had fallen because of gusty winds.
