Farmers Suspend Delhi March After Clashes With Haryana Police

Protesting farmers suspended their foot march to Delhi on Saturday after some were injured in tear gas shelling by Haryana security personnel at the Punjab-Haryana border. Farmer leader Sarwan Singh Pandher confirmed that the two forums decided to call back their march. Manjit Singh Rai alleged that rubber bullets were used, and one farmer was seriously injured.
