Heavy Rains Trigger Havoc In Northern Hill States

Torrential overnight rain in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand caused landslides, flash floods, and house collapses, killing three in Mandi. Hundreds, including 200 students, were rescued in Dehradun. Roads, power lines, and water supply were disrupted. Over 412 people have died in rain-related incidents in Himachal since June 20 as rescue efforts continue.
