The Supreme Court granted divorce to a couple following a thirteen-year legal battle after just sixty-five days of their marriage. Since their wedding, they filed more than forty false cases against each other, which the court termed an abuse of judicial process. It imposed ten thousand rupee fines each and barred future litigation between them.
