ITBP Sets Up All-Women Posts Along LAC

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police is creating ten all-women border posts along the challenging India-China LAC. As part of its post-2020 “forwardisation” strategy, the force has already moved 215 border posts further ahead on the northern and eastern fronts. The initiative aims to strengthen security and enhance women’s presence in frontline duties.
