Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated a new e-library in Benaulim, Goa, offering over 10,000 digital books. The library supports competitive exam preparation for JEE, NEET, and CLAT and includes green learning initiatives. Around 4,500 students from eight local schools will benefit, gaining free access to NCERT textbooks and other study resources.
