Delhi Traffic Police collected over ₹84.98 crore in fines for violations of the PUC certificate during the first two stages of the GRAP from October 14 to November 18. A total of 84,981 challans were issued, each carrying a penalty of ₹10,000. Officials stated that the strict enforcement was intended to enhance pollution control efforts.
