IndiGo CEO Pieter Elbers issued a public apology after over 1,000 flights were cancelled today. He said the crisis may continue tomorrow but expects fewer cancellations. Elbers assured that all tickets for travel between December 5-15 that are cancelled or rescheduled will receive full refunds. The airline urged affected passengers to remain patient.
