Two men, Upendra (22) and Shivam (23), died from carbon monoxide poisoning in Noida’s Basai village. They had left a pot of chickpeas cooking on a gas stove overnight for their stall. The room filled with smoke, and the closed door caused oxygen depletion. The neighbors found them hours later, but they were declared dead at the hospital. The cause of death was suffocation from poisonous gas.
