An all-party meeting will be held in Delhi today as the parliamentary session will begin on Jan 31. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiran Rijiju will chair and address the govt agenda on this occasion. The central govt will also ask the leaders of all parties to cooperate in keeping the budget meetings running smoothly.
