The Government of Delhi has removed Holi from its dry day list, allowing liquor shops across the national capital to remain open and operate as usual during the festive celebrations. However, the Delhi Traffic Police has stepped up enforcement, warning that drunken driving and serious traffic violations could lead to license suspension.
