A passenger on the Delhi‑Amritsar Intercity Express exposed tea and coffee being sold at double the official prices, prompting a complaint and viral video. In response, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) removed the service staff and pantry manager from duty. IRCTC said e‑pantry advance booking will be introduced to curb such issues.
