The central govt has launched an inquiry into the disruption of IndiGo services and set up a 24-hour control room to assist affected passengers. Complaints can be made on 011-24610843, 011-24693963, and 096503-91859. Authorities said measures are underway to address passenger issues promptly. The Centre has also suspended the DGCA’s FDTL orders.
