President Droupadi Murmu emphasized that the Indian Constitution is a living, progressive document that has helped to achieve social justice. Speaking at the launch of 75th anniversary celebrations of its adoption, she acknowledged the contributions of 15 women members of the Constituent Assembly. She also highlighted the women’s reservation law as a significant step in empowerment.
