TG Eases Building Rules To Boost Hyderabad Real Estate

The Telangana government has relaxed building rules in Hyderabad, especially regarding Transferable Development Rights (TDR). Buildings above 21 meters are now high-rises. Setback and floor relaxations are allowed using TDR, depending on plot size and road width. These changes aim to make construction easier and boost real estate up to the Outer Ring Road.
