The Israeli government has approved a plan to bring back 5,800 Jews from India, with the Jewish Agency announcing that all will be relocated by 2030. The first phase will move 1,200 people in 2026. Necessary facilities for their resettlement are being prepared in the West Bank as part of the relocation program.
