A 20-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped by an auto-rickshaw driver and his friend in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, under the pretense of securing her a job. The incident occurred after the woman traveled to meet the driver, Deepak Kushwaha, who had contacted her previously. Following the assault, she managed to escape and reported the crime to the police, leading to the arrest of both suspects.
