In a heartwarming ruling, the Madras High Court allowed veterinarian Dr. Vallaiappan to reunite with a partially paralyzed baby monkey he treated for 10 months in Coimbatore. The monkey, a victim of dog bites, was transferred to a zoo in Chennai without consideration for its welfare. The court granted Dr. Vallaiappan permission to visit the monkey and submit a report for further proceedings.
