NHAI Cancels KYV Process For New FASTags

NHAI has announced relief for vehicle owners facing long lines at toll plazas. From February 1, 2026, the Know Your Vehicle (KYV) process for issuing new FASTags to cars, jeeps, and vans will be cancelled. This change aims to make buying FASTags easier and reduce delays and difficulties faced by motorists earlier.
