Israel claimed its air force destroyed ex-Iran leader Ali Khamenei’s plane at Tehran’s Mehrabad Airport, calling it a major blow to Iran’s regional coordination. The aircraft, used by Khamenei and senior officials for military procurement and liaising with allied “axis” countries, reportedly weakens Iran’s leadership, military power, and operational capabilities.
