A Mangaluru court granted bail to CS Chinnaiah alias Chinna, the whistleblower in the Dharmasthala mass burial case, after three months in jail. He received bail under 12 conditions, including a ₹1 lakh bond. Chinna’s allegations of secret burials from 1995–2014 triggered an SIT probe, which has already recovered human remains at two sites.
