The Kerala government has constituted the 12th Pay Revision Commission to review state employees’ salaries. Former Chief Secretary V P Joy will chair the commission, with M Rajagopalan Nair and Sreelatha Sukumaran as members, and V R Sobha as secretary. Finance Minister K N Balagopal said the commission must submit its report within three months.
