A Kerala court today acquitted Malayalam top actor Dileep in the high-profile 2017 sexual assault case, which enda an eight-year-long legal battle. Accused number 8 in the case, Dileep had faced charges of evidence tampering, with the first chargesheet filed in April 2017. The Ernakulam District and Sessions Judge Honey Varghese delivered the verdict.
