A Nepal-bound Air India Express flight was delayed nearly 18 hours at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport, sparking protests by around 180 passengers. Travellers alleged poor communication after the aircraft twice failed to land in Kathmandu, first returning to Bengaluru and later diverting to Lucknow, leaving fliers stranded and frustrated.
