Rajinikanth’s “Jailer 2” is being positioned as Tamil cinema’s first ₹1000 crore grosser. Even before completing shoot, the film has reportedly locked its OTT deal. Amazon Prime Video is said to have acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights for ₹160 crores, the highest for a Kollywood film. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, it is generating massive buzz.
