A tractor trolley carrying 25 devotees overturned into the Gandak canal, killing 57-year-old Meera Devi and injuring 20 others in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. The accident occurred near the Siswa regulator when the trolley’s hook broke. Devotees were traveling to the Chaitra Ram Navami Varni fair. Injured were hospitalized, and investigations are ongoing.
