IMD Issues Red Alert For Tamil Nadu Today

The IMD has issued a red alert for Tamil Nadu’s Chennai today. This is due to the impact of the cyclonic storm Ditwah that formed a deep depression in the Bay of Bengal. IMD also issued a red alert for Thiruvallur on December 3. Tamil Nadu will witness extreme heavy rains with the maximum temp at 21°C and the minimum temp at 23°C.
