Mysuru Land Allotments: 48 MUDA Plots Cancelled Over Legal Violations

The Karnataka government canceled 48 residential plot allotments in Mysuru’s Dattagalli over violations of the Karnataka Urban Development Authority Act, 1987. The decision followed an enquiry into procedural discrepancies in a 2023 MUDA resolution. This comes amid an ED probe into the MUDA scam, alleging illegal allotments of over 1,000 plots worth ₹700 crore under benami names.
