Russia Warns US On Potential Nuclear Testing Under Trump

Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned that Moscow is considering steps on nuclear testing due to Donald Trump’s radical stance on the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty during his first term.
