A woman in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, was killed by her fiancé just an hour before their wedding. Police said an argument over a saree and money turned violent when Sajan Baraiya struck Soni Rathod with an iron pipe and smashed her head against a wall. The couple had lived together for over a year. Sajan fled; police have filed a murder case.
