Floods In Uttarakhand, Himachal Leave 600 Stranded

Heavy rains and cloudbursts in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh have killed nine, left 11 missing, and stranded over 600. Flash floods and landslides damaged homes, vehicles, and roads. In Dehradun, the Tamsa river submerged Tapkeshwar temple, while a Mandi landslide killed three. Rescue operations by NDRF, SDRF, and fire services continue.
